- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Always fast and efficient. I never have had to wait more than an hour for a total visit time. I have been twice and same speedy service both visits. Doctors have always been very kind and personable. I thought about giving 4 stars because of the very not-so-nice receptionist, but decided it wasn't fair to the rest of the friendly staff. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My mother has gone to miramar eye several times..at least 7 times in the past 2 years. The doctors are great and very helpful. They take the time to listen to my mom and have been effective in helping her eye condition. The problem is the receptionists at the front who have been rude to my mother. They will not listen to her nor will they find someone who speaks Spanish. I have been going with my mother to help interpret on her appointments..not for the doctor but for the receptionist who are all non-Spanish speakers. I have witnessed them yell at other non-English speaking patients..To the point where I have gone over and told them not to be rude to them just because they do not speak English..It is quite sad that this happens so often and some patients do not have an interpreter that can attend every appointment. I feel like asking to work there just to help the non-English patients....I mean isn't it obvious that there should be at least one qualified bilingual receptionist? Once again...I love the doctors and my mother does too. We just feel very strongly about the way the non_English patients are spoken to by the receptionist.February 01, 2017by Susy Mateos
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My colleague John Davidson, MD has been doing huge numbers of cataract surgery in Ventura county with phenomenal results for many years. I had no choice when my own cataract surgery was required. He was the only one to whom I would have gone. My results are what I expected. Perfect.
