  This place has been amazing. The staff is caring and kind. The doctor's are great. They truly care about your pets and the outcome. I am so glad my primary vet recommend this place.

  The only reason for one star (wish I could give it zero) is that the office staff were very nice to me. I took my dog in because he was coughing and wasn't eating. I thought he may have had something stuck in his throat. He was seen by the first ER vet who suggested two X-rays at $350 each plus blood work. First estimate was around $1100. Okay fine, agreed to that. She came back and said they could find nothing wrong with him - maybe a very bad upset stomach. She recommended an overnight stay with meds, IV and observation at and estimate of $2300. A little pricey but I didn't know what was wrong (obviously she didn't either). I called a couple of times during his stay and the receptionist and tech who on duty were very kind and accommodating and I was able to get status on him. A different ER vet looked at him the next day. He called me and told me he didn't know what was wrong with him and that I should see a specialist. He prescribed pain medicine and antibiotics and $2500+ later we were out the door with no diagnosis on what was wrong with him. Six days later my dog is still coughing and has lost 10 pounds from not eating. I take him to another vet and they have my dog's records faxed to them from VMSG. The vet tending to my dog tells that the records state "that they suspect bronchitis" which he could hear by listening to his lungs. What?!?!?! I go a week assuming the worse and they already had a diagnosis but recommend a specialist at how much more money? I do not recommend seeing the ER vets at this facility unless it is a dire emergency and you have a lot of money to burn.
