- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I broke a tooth and got an appointment to treat it in two weeks from another oral surgeon. After one week it was very painful, swollen and infected. Upon hearing of my problem, my neighbor immediately recommended Dr. Wallace who treated his wife and him with great results. I called Dr. Wallace and got an appointment and the tooth was removed the next day. With antibiotics the infection healed and I went on to get an implant over the next few visits – about 6 months. From this overall experience I was impressed by this office. They respond to urgent needs, the appointments are on time, Dr. Wallace does all the steps needed to get a tooth replaced by an implant and his work is careful and well explained. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Wallace and his staff are the BEST. His staff is friendly and competent. Dr. Wallace is patient, thorough and is willing to discuss with you the pros and cons for all decisions you need to make. I know most people dread the bi-annual teeth cleaning because of bad experiences with rough doctors, you will not experience that in Dr. Wallace's office. Most recently I lost half of my front tooth in an accident on a Saturday evening. I called Dr. Wallace on his after-hours line and he answered. I told him the problem and he meet me in his office straight away, took care of my tooth and I could not be happier. I was so worried that I was going to have to walk around with a huge gap in the front of my mouth, but Dr. Wallace took care of it, no problem.
